Overview

The Privilege Cloud Deployment and Administration course covers the core functions and tasks that are required to secure IT Admin access to your organization’s most sensitive infrastructure assets.

Participants will gain extensive hands-on experience deploying and administering the solution using our step-by-step exercise guide and dedicated lab environment. This course provides participants with the knowledge and skills required to deploy, administer, monitor, and troubleshoot a new implementation. It includes discussions on the solution’s architecture, Identity Administration, vaulting and rotation of credentials, secure access to infrastructure assets, and more.

Students will learn:

• Describe the unique system architecture of the solution.
• Deploy the relevant components.
• Successfully onboard and manage passwords (Verification, Change, and Reconciliation).
• Onboard accounts using the various tools available (bulk upload, discovery, RestAPI).
• Enable secure access to infrastructure assets using Vaulted credentials.
• Monitor session recordings and session commands audit.
• Produce reports on activities.
• Utilize the knowledge base and other available resources to resolve problems.
